Nick Campsie

Nick set up the Madison Foundation in 2018 and as Chairman is responsible for the Foundation's day to day business. Before starting the Foundation Nick was a partner of the asset management firm Eton Park, where he ran the global illiquid assets business. Nick is closely involved with various of the charities we have supported, as Chairman of Down Syndrome Education International, and Deputy Chairman of Chickenshed Theatre Trust.

Ray Campsie

Ray started his career as a lecturer in economics before spending 30 years in the management development and training industry, first in the UK water industry and latterly at HSBC. Whilst at HSBC Ray helped set up HTI, a charity forging links between schools, universities and industry. Ray has served as a trustee of HTI and of Down Syndrome Education International.

Katharine Arnold

Katharine is a performer and choreographer who has performed internationally and across live events, cabaret, theatre, film and television. Katharine is a regular and longstanding artist with Olivier Award-winning show La Soiree and teaches on the degree course at the National Centre for Circus Arts.

Suzy Arnold

Suzy has had several roles as a linguist in the civil service during her 45 year career, all within the Foreign & Commonwealth Office. Suzy was awarded an MBE in the New Year’s Honours list in 2001.
